A Dream

In this dream, I had moved out of my house. The rooms were empty. I had this sense of freedom and excitement- that all of the baggage was gone - and I was free. Responsibility held me back no more....I wasnt sure where I was going, but I was excited at the prospect!! I sat in my car - looking at the house...and was giddy with excitement about the future. In a mode of transportation, fueled by the Spirit of God - the future was mine to grasp.
But........nostalgia, and the comfortable licked at my heart.....and .....
I went back into the house for "one last look around".... I found myself looking at scraps of papers on the floors, reliving memories, remembering--- and my heart became heavy. Could I walk away? Could I really leave all that was?? Look at all of the known, comfortable things that I was leaving....for WHAT?? The unknown?? Was I that brave?? The nostalgia for yesterday folded over me like a heavy gray cloak....and my colors started to dim.
I woke up despondent that I had reentered the house. Sadness had settled over my heart like a heavy cloak....dampening the Spirit of hope. Dimming the spirit of Creativity. Flickering the spirit of Joy.
I know that we are not to go back in the house!! You have cleaned it and it is FINISHED!! You are being called out and moved on through the Spirit of God. Satan would have you go back in and would have you relive those memories.....don't. He would have you believe you have a responsibility to live there. Dont buy into the lie! Stay in your "Holy Spirit" car at the curb...and bid farewell to what was. Yesterday does not define you. You will be able to look back and see what was in the rear view mirror, all that was -has made your thorns into jewels. God doesn't waste a thing. He will use everything that you walked through to minister to His body. You take it with you, cleansed in the blood of the Lamb. It cant hurt you anymore - now it is your authority...you can speak into it and you can heal through the cracks in your vessel that are leaking out the Holy Spirit!! Drive on, the house has no power over you - move forward into unlimited potential and divine destinies!
It is FINISHED!!!!

Unlimited Potential

“Unlimited Potential”
Yesterday Does Not Define You ; Within the heart of each one of us, there is an unlimited reservoir of potential, through God’s grace, mercy and love.

The Lord showed me an awakening- at a personal level and at a corporate level, within your church body. Slumbering giants- with their potential trapped within, have caught the very essence, of the breathe of God. They have caught the winds of the Spirit that brought blossoms where there used to be sleeping branches. Through the living water of revival, the thorns are replaced with jewels for the Kingdom. Spiritual fruit and abundance would now inhabit those chambers of the heart that had not tapped into the unlimited potential through the Spirit of God.

A purple flower is the fragrance of our lives, poured out at His feet. To give Him our everything and to let it be a sweet aroma to His senses. We were created to be seen and to be part of His royal lineage…we are daughters of THE KING. He drapes a royal, purple robe over our shoulders, as we are commissioned into His army. We were created for this day, for this assignment…He gracefully enfolds us in the colors of His lineage, empowering us with His strength, His compassion , the sword of truth…and a peculiar gift: to Love others creatively.

The embryo is covered with truth- that declares who we are. The birth of unlimited potential, is surrounded by the flames of His love and His refining fire…..erupting within our hearts…no longer a “tame” fire, but a bonfire of the Lord – that decrees of His greatness and His love and His majesty to all the nations. We must not be afraid of the fires….we must step into the fires to tap into our full potential and decree FROM the fires of His heart.

The embryo of potential has a huge heart that is erupting love. Your church body is a divinely anointed body in its capacity to love, in unity. A gift from God Himself…..to love through unity. I pray that your church would REDEFINE love as we know it in a corporate setting. I pray that your church would redefine how to do ministry and how to love others creatively. Heavenly storehouses overflowing with the potential to bring unity and love out into the world are yours. Heavenly armies have been commissioned to protect you and they fan the flames of God’s passionate flame for you. AS you walk in obedience and  God trusts you with more and more of His heart, you will be trusted with more and more facets of corporate love and unity….a wave overtaking Corporate Bodies.

Birth requires movement and energy, you can see the electricity of the Spirit throughout the embryo…keeping the colors of love and unity lit from within your Body. No longer will any part of your church operate in shades of gray…you have been lit and electrified by the Spirit of Love, by the Spirit of Unity, by the Spirit of Compassion, by the Spirit of Creativity.

You have tapped into the Heart of God, and He flows this creativity and this creative love into your Body. An umbilical cord firmly planted within the heart of God…unlimited potential to corporately love others, to bring healing to corporate bodies, to share your Spirit of Unity. Seeds of unity, seeds of love, seeds of compassion will be your heritage. The seeds are already stirring and feeling the desire to pop open and reveal new embryos of truth.

Water your seeds with His Creative Love…and nurture those seeds into their “Unlimited Potential”

Step Upon the Enemy

Ok, lets step back into the story..today Isaac is being laid out on the altar of sacrifice.....!! At the point that Isaac is being laid on the sacrificial trough and BOUND - Abraham's faith had to become Isaac's faith. Oh, to have a faith such as that!! To not even take note of the circumstances - because you are waiting on God to rescue you... Expectant....that is the word that should capture our faith..we are expectant on God to show up in a mighty way, in the midst of our battles and circumstances.
I had a dream recently, I would like to share with you. I was out in DEEEEEP water. I could see that there were sharks all around me- tormenting me and waiting for their chance to move in for a kill. The water was boiling with movement - there were so many of them. I cried out to JeEsus..."HElp MEEEEEEE"... I was in anguish and fear- it was so real in my dream. Here is the coolest thing....He didn't make the enemy go away, He lifted me out of the circumstance, held my hand, and we stomped on the head of the enemy, together. He crushed the head of the enemy with His heel, and I got to walk beside Him!!
He told me that we dont have to stay in the battle and fight the enemy - battling, bruised, bleeding and begging for help. There were so many in the water surrounding me- I would have grown weary from the fight and collapsed- an easy target to be taken out. An easy target to be consumed, from sheer exhaustion and desperation.
Instead, He is there to take your hand, and deliver you from the attacks of the circumstance. He walked me away from the attacks and away from the danger...into deeper water... He doesnt want us to touch the hem of His garment of authority...He wants us to embrace the mantle of authority that He places on us! He wants to crush the head of the enemy with His heel. He is doing a new thing and it is a new day....we are called to battle for the Lord, but if we fall into Him, and we are expectant in our faith, that He will provide shelter, comfort and protection: you are lifted out of the circumstance, you rise above it, emotionally it has no power over you. Physically, you are not being touched. You were removed from the battle, because you BATTLE FROM A PLACE OF VICTORY IN CHRIST...not towards a victory!! He has already won, grab hold of His hand, not just the hem of His garment - and let Him lift you out of the boiling waters of the enemy!! If you just grab hold of the hem of His garment - you are allowing the enemy to bite and nip at you. We are children of God....we were not meant to be bitten at. WE have a table set for us in the presence of our enemies!! Grab hold of the edge of His garment and you will remain in the battle, amongst the enemy. Grab hold of CHRIST and you rise above the enemy..battling from victory.
Abraham and Isaac were in deep water. They waited with expectant faith to be delivered, for the Lord to provide. They were lifted out of the circumstance, through faith, trust and obedience! Trust in Him...call Him into the circumstances that want to overwhelm you - He is all you need!!!

What are Your Sticks?

Abraham lays the wood that will become the sacrificial fire - on his son's back. Isaac carries the root of his demise, and the root of his obedience, and the root of his faith, on his back.
And - we will pause again.
Scripture would insinuate that there is an awakening in Isaac - as he asks his father (LSV): We have the wood, the fire and the knife - but where is the offering?"
Abraham must have had to swallow hard when he replied" The Lord will provide", as Isaac carried the wood for the fire that would consume him. And Abraham held the torch of obedience that would ignite that fire.
I think we all carry the wood for our fire, that He would have consume us.
There is something that we have, something that we want, pieces of the world and pieces of self that we carry on our backs. I believe our sticks and wood could be labeled "self".
* Our giftings- that we so easily use to exalt OURSELVES.
* Our woundings that we hold onto and wont release into Him, woundings that say our past and our problems are bigger than an All Powerful God.
* Our Future that we want to control and navigate- rather than give to Him and His purposes.
I see Isaac walking up the mountain- holding the vestiges of SELF, ready to let it burn in Jehovah Jireh' all consuming fire. If we can give Him EVERYTHING - we get to incorporate more of His presence in our lives and in our hearts. But, in absolute submission and obedience, we have to lay our past and our future on the altar of burnt sacrifice and let His fire consume it.
Then, , you have a God who's name is Jehovah Jireh - a God who promises to provide. He will provide you with a clean past, forgiven, pure and white as snow - AND a future planted on a rock and filled with His Spirit. It is not easy to die to self, but the rewards will be well worth it.
What are the names of the sticks that you are carrying on YOUR back? Isaac's sticks came from the world...they were dried pieces of dead wood. "Green" wood doesn't burn. The things that He calls us to offer up to Him - are those things thatcan be replaced with fruit and His providence. Pray that He would reveal what your sticks are!

Surrender

Today Abraham arrives at his Mount Moriah. Remember that this is a mountainous region...like the appalachians. God led Abraham and Isaac to their mount Moriah- the place they would have to completely die to self. They would have to give up every expectation and every preconceived notion. They would have to lay their hearts in Jehovah's hands and trust in His faithfulness.
God has been moving in my heart and speaking to me about my own mountain I have to die on. The places where I have to let go of everything I thought I understood, let go every aspect of my nature, and trust Him.
Has He revealed your mountain? Has He revealed the place you have to surrender to Him?
Lets pick up the story at the base of the mountain. Abraham brought 2 servants and a donkey with him- they were left behind, at the base of the mountain. God was very specific, that it was to be JUST Abraham and Isaac.
And that is where we will pause for today.
Just Abraham and Isaac went up on their mountain.
Here's the thing that God is laying on my heart today. There are times that He speaks- and He wants instant obedience. He wants us to trust Him - through the fire and through the trial...and to alk it out- With our eyes on HIM>.
We could get lost asking our friends what they think.
We could get sidetracked with trying to figure out God's intentions
WE could be frozen in fear
We could get lost in analyzing and thinking
We could run into the "Fix it room" and try to figure out a different way.
We could twist God's request to suit our purposes- to keep it comfortable and to keep us from stretching outside of our boundaries and safe zone.
WE could give up before we even start
WE could say NO - its too hard, I'm too small- You, God, are too big
Ultimately- we could get lost in excuses. How it must grieve the heart of God, when He calls to HIs children- and they start spinning around in circles- with excuses. Imagine a dog chasing his tail...and satan mocking us - as we get lost in the chronicles of self and doubt.
What if.......
*We asked God about His request - prayed, while walking it out? (Abraham walked 3 days through his wilderness- to get to the mountain) His heart was in obedience to God - as he walked, I can only imagine the inner dialogue he was having with God - each and every step - bathed in prayer.
What if.......
*WE walked WITHOUT KNOWING THE FINAL OUTCOME??? Sometimes He meets us at one step of obedience at a time. You must take the first step for Him to give you the second step.
What if.......
*We denied fear its stronghold and choose to put on the full spiritual armor of God - and walk out in His authority?
What if.......
*We stopped over analyzing and let FAITH blossom up into our hearts? Analyzing will never take the place of FAITH...at some point you have to step off the mountain to fly- no matter how long you look at the air and the clouds and think of the air pressure and wind currents, topographical and geographical locations in reference to the proximity of the mountain and the speed of descent......stand there and think about all of that - and you will never feel the rush of the wind under you wings and through your spirit. At some point- you have to stop analyzing and JUMP>
What if.......
We closed the Fix IT Room. The Fix It Room is so alluring...it holds such promise and intrigue in our flesh. The way that we Fix IT - will never, ever, EVER bring the satisfaction and surrender that giving into God does. Our Fix IT Rooms will never satisfy, will never glorify God, will never walk out our destinies. They are booby traps to get us lost in circles ...nothing more. We cant FIX anything - but satan lures uns into that room to distract us from God's purpose in our lives.
What if.......
*We trusted God in the trials, and were ok with coloring outside the lines, living outside our comfort zones? I always say it - I think we find God outside the lines. I think we have our greatest God moments when we allow Him to stretch us and mold us to His will. Stretching is uncomfortable - but it always comes with INCREASE of Him and a DECREASE of us..
What if.......
*We didn't give into a spirit of discouragement. It never fails - the SECOND He starts to bubble up a dream - a spirit of discouragement will come along and try to pop that dream. How many dreams die before they even get born? What if we denied the spirit of discouragement and chose to walk out the dream?
What if.......
*We realized that we were children of GOD. We have a divine inheritance! We are not too small to do anything - because we have the King of Kings with us, in us and for us! Stand up, daughters of the King - and look the world in the eye- you were made to do great things for the kingdom!!
Abraham took his son- and started to ascent up the mountain. He didn't know what would meet him at the top of that mountain - but he had a faith in his God - that protected him with each step through the trial. Is there something that God is calling you to?
Take a step of faith today- and let Him overwhelm you with His presence.
